These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPO Jee mobile application and the website ipojee.com (together, the "Service"), operated by AlyfByte Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service — informational & educational only

IPO Jee is an information and education platform for Indian primary markets (Initial Public Offerings). It aggregates and displays publicly available and third-party market data such as IPO calendars, price bands, lot sizes, issue sizes, subscription (demand) figures, unofficial grey-market premium (GMP) and other issue details. The Service is provided strictly for general information and educational purposes.

2. We are not SEBI-registered

IPO Jee and AlyfByte Technologies are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, Merchant Banker, Stock Broker, Portfolio Manager or any other intermediary, and are not affiliated with SEBI, any stock exchange, depository, registrar or any IPO issuer.

3. No investment advice or recommendation

  • Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice.
  • We do not recommend, endorse, rate or suggest that you apply for, buy, sell, hold or avoid any security or IPO.
  • Labels, scores, probabilities, "bullish/bearish", conviction or similar outputs, where shown, are statistical/technical model or market-data outputs — not recommendations or assured outcomes.
  • We do not offer personalised advice based on your risk profile, income, age, portfolio or goals.
  • We do not facilitate the placement, modification or cancellation of any order, application or trade, and we do not handle client funds or securities.

4. Grey Market Premium (GMP) disclaimer

GMP is an unofficial, unregulated, non-exchange indication observed in informal grey markets. It is highly volatile, may be inaccurate or manipulated, is not endorsed by SEBI or any exchange, and is not a listing-price target or a signal to apply. It is shown only as an indication for information.

5. Accuracy of data & third-party sources

Data may be sourced from third parties and public sources and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any purpose of any data. Always verify information with official sources — the offer documents (DRHP/RHP), the exchanges (NSE/BSE) and the registrar — before making any decision.

6. Market risk

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Read all the related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future results. IPO investments can result in partial or total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

7. Eligibility & your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.
  • You may create an account (including via Google sign-in) and provide details such as your name, mobile number and PAN. You confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and belongs to you.
  • The name you confirm as per your PAN becomes your final profile name and is used only for record-keeping (e.g., helping you organise your own IPO application/allotment history). We do not verify PAN with any government database and provide no allotment guarantee.
  • You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.

8. Allotment history feature

Any allotment-tracking or history feature is a convenience tool that lets you record and review your own IPO applications and outcomes. It is informational, does not apply for IPOs on your behalf, does not influence allotment (which is determined by the registrar per SEBI rules), and does not guarantee any allotment.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations or any applicable law.
  • Do not scrape, resell, redistribute or misrepresent the data as official or as advice.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and its original content are owned by AlyfByte Technologies and protected by applicable laws. Third-party marks, logos and data belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and information only.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses (including trading or investment losses, loss of profits or data) arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any data within it.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service and may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at our registered place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
